2019 Black Restaurant Weeks

Black Restaurant Week is an opportunity for Black-Owned restaurants to host a variety of dishes that shine light on the flavors of African-American cuisine. Black-Owned restaurants use this week to come together and offer dining deals to customers, new and old, to help raise awareness in the culinary industry that black owned restaurants play a pivotal role in global economy and achieving socio-economic upliftment. It inspires the community to support minority-owned eateries and share in the development of generations to come. Support Black Owned!

I encourage you to visit your favorite Black-Owned restaurants this year. Support the people who support you! After all, it’s less of these then there are of other restaurants. Who knows, you may find your soul on the plate 🖤 Somebody's Grandma will likely be in the kitchen, be sure to say Hi!
